Submit Prayer Request

Please complete the form below to submit a prayer request. Once you are finished with the submission process a star will automatically be placed on the world map showing the location of your prayer request. Visitors to the site can then view your request and choose to send an automated email informing you that they are praying for the request. As well, measures are in place to defend you against unwanted spam.
